Dewa Athena

Dewa Athena is a sports event for the students of SMAN 3 Bandung, such like “Class Meeting”. It held and organized by OSIS of SMAN 3 Bandung. It is held just for class X and XI. There are so many kind of sports that can be played in Dewa Athena, there are futsal, basketball for boys, volley, dodge ball, gobak sodor, tarik tambang and badminton. Dewa Athena for class XI is held from Thursday, 23^rd March and Friday, 24^th March. Meanwhile for class X its held in Saturday, 25^th March and 1^st April.

In the first day, I just play Gobak Sodor and Basketball, because in the afternoon I have to go back to Jakarta because there are some activity that I have to visit with my family and in the Sunday, I go to church in Jakarta. In gobak sodor match against X Science (I forgot), we win. In game 1 we lose but in the game 2 and game 3 we came back. But in basketball, we lose to X Science 5. Its so awful because I don’t play basketball again for a long time, and also its because X Science 5 have many basketball players and they are good too. They seems a lot more confident and calm to play. You know why it was so awful, because we were down with 20+ point deficit.

That is all from my Dewa Athena experience, because in the 1^st April I cant join the event. It was because there are Christian lesson and Listen (Christian Organization in SMAN 3 Bandung) event and it’s a must to join. For my good grades of course. Dewa Athena is great but my play was bad.
